Can I return or exchange the product that I have ordered?

Of course! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition
and packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or you can exchange the item, if preferred.
Personalized items are not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What is the delivery time for your products?

We do our very best to ensure that you receive your products as fast as possible.

Italy: 3-5 business days.
EU: 6-8 business days.
International: 14-20 business days.

Paperbanana uses different kind of delivery services for Italy and International shipping, so that our products can travel in safe hands and reach their destination within the shortest possible time.

How do I pay for the products?
